Description

You will build and enhance Oracle APEX applications integrated with Oracle Database while designing services and UIs across Java/Spring, Node.js, and React.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Oracle APEX features end-to-end, covering UI, processes, and database logic using SQL/PLSQL best practices.
• Build full-stack features using Java/Spring Boot services, Node.js APIs, and React components, integrating with Oracle data models and external REST services.
• Implement API design, including authentication, versioning, rate-limiting, documentation, and secure credential management.
• Optimize performance across the stack: tuning SQL, optimizing PL/SQL packages, and ensuring scalable Node/Java services.
• Establish and manage CI/CD and environment migration workflows (dev/test/prod) using TFS and cloud/on-prem deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with Oracle APEX and strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL (packages, functions, triggers, explain plans, tuning).
• Hands-on full-stack development proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), React, and Node.js/Express.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs using JSON and OAuth/JWT.
• Practical experience integrating APEX with services/APIs and managing application migrations via CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI/UX implementation.
• Proficiency with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and unit/integration testing practices.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, including parameterized queries and input validation.
