Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Oracle applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain custom Oracle applications using Oracle APEX.
• Develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data conversion and migration.
• Create dynamic reports using APEX reporting tools, BI Publisher, or Oracle Reports.
• Manage deployment plans and maintain documentation for all work products.
• Ensure systems adhere to DISA STIGs, NIST standards, and agency requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle application development.
• Expertise in Oracle APEX.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data conversion and data migration processes.
• Experience creating reports via BI Publisher or Oracle Reports.
• Knowledge of DISA STIGs and NIST security standards.
• Ability to document technical policies, processes, and procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
