Description

You will design and implement customized US payroll solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write complex Fast Formulas to meet specific payroll requirements.
• Lead the configuration and customization of Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll modules.
• Design architectural solutions for North American payroll implementations.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions, proofs of concept, and wireframes.
• Provide functional consulting to bridge the gap between client needs and system capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional roles.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion/Cloud US Payroll and Oracle Cloud NA Payroll.
• Deep technical proficiency in writing Oracle Fast Formulas.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Cloud customization and configuration.
• Ability to create wireframes and POCs for client demonstrations.
• Any Graduate degree.
