Description

You will manage Oracle infrastructure, lead migrations, and ensure system reliability using SRE principles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS migrations, upgrades, and OS-level changes.
• Perform security patch analysis and ensure enterprise compliance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python or Shell.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot OS/network issues, and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects involving middleware and open-source technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle Database, EBS, Fusion Middleware, and Exadata.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, patching).
• Hands-on experience with SRE practices, including automation, monitoring, and incident handling.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or Shell.
• Solid understanding of OS and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with version control systems like GitHub.
• Ability to conduct research on new technologies and take ownership of deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to open-source technologies and tools.
• Willingness to learn and work on emerging platforms and middleware.
