Description

Lead functional design, configuration, and support for Oracle e-Business Suite applications across global deployments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to document processes and gather requirements.
• Perform gap analysis to determine necessary system configuration and development changes.
• Create functional design documents, system configuration specs, and detailed test plans.
• Collaborate with developers and Oracle Support to resolve system issues and implement modifications.
• Write SQL queries to troubleshoot data, develop metrics, and generate ad-hoc reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle e-Business Suite.
• Strong proficiency in Financial Applications and Business Process Analysis.
• Expertise in SQL for data troubleshooting and reporting.
• Skilled in Gap Analysis and Functional Design.
• Experience providing Oracle Support and resolving system issues.
• Ability to create comprehensive documentation including test plans and user guides.
• Experience working with development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple Oracle modules across different geographies.
• Background in test plan development and user training documentation.
• Ability to develop metrics and conduct ad-hoc reporting.
