Manage the functional aspects of Oracle Apps CRM implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end implementation, upgradation, and rollout processes for Oracle Apps CRM.
• Manage functional requirements specifically within the service contracts module.
• Support system rollouts and module upgrades across client environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Apps CRM.
• Hands-on experience with the service contracts module.
• Proven track record in system implementation and upgrades.
• Direct experience managing CRM rollouts.
• Any Graduate degree.
