Description

Manage production support and lifecycle operations for Oracle Apps and OIPA environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle 12c and 19c production support and maintenance.
• Execute OIPA 11.3.x installations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Perform patch assessment and application within OIPA environments.
• Conduct performance tuning on SQL queries and database instances.
• Provide accurate effort estimates and technical documentation for database tasks.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of Oracle DBA production support experience.
• 7-10 years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA with OIPA.
• Deep understanding of Oracle RDBMS architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 19c and Oracle RAC.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Manager Grid Control.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery concepts, including RMAN.
• Experience across Linux, Unix, Solaris, and Windows operating systems.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts as required.

Preferred Skills

• MS in Computer Science.
