Description

Act as the functional lead for Oracle Finance modules, managing incident resolution and business process support.

Responsibilities

• Resolve business issues and troubleshoot incidents through root cause analysis and formal RCA documentation.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams, and DBAs to support existing customer processes.
• Manage period close activities within defined support windows.
• Drive documentation for enhancement requests using MD70 and MD50 formats.
• Manage Oracle Support interactions and maintain up-to-date knowledge management processes.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in Oracle Applications Finance modules.
• Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Hands-on experience with Fixed Assets, Cash Management, AGIS, and EBTAX.
• Understanding of the P2P and Order-to-Cash cycles.
• Experience with iProcurement, Cost Management, and SLA.
• Knowledge of AME (Approval Management Engine) for Payables Invoices and Requisitions.
• Ability to produce technical/functional documentation including MD50 and MD70.

Preferred Skills

• Provide functional training to existing and new users.
