Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Finance modules and manufacturing-related planning functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be workflows.
• Drive the full project lifecycle including requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, CRP, SIT, UAT, and Cutover.
• Perform application configuration and setup for finance and manufacturing modules.
• Create detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents and test plans.
• Manage post-production support and validate data via interfaces and conversions.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Oracle e-Business Suite R11i and R12.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle GL, AP, AR, CM, and FA.
• Experience with Oracle Applications base tables and data conversion processes.
• Proven ability to perform design validation and identify process improvements.
• Strong background in Finance and Accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Technical design and development skills for Oracle application interfaces.
• Knowledge of Planning Central, Demand Management, and Sales and Operation Planning.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
• Commanding knowledge of FAH and business process flows.
• Experience in process consulting and designing complex solutions.
