Description

  • Providing day‑to‑day production support, issue triage, and root‑cause analysis across Oracle EBS R12 applications.
  • Translating business needs into scalable technical and DevOps‑ready solutions, including customizations, reports, conversions, and third‑party integrations (Boomi, Edicom, Oracle ISG, APRO, Noetix, GL Wand).
  • Monitoring and managing batch jobs, concurrent programs, R12 workflows, and automation pipelines; debugging PL/SQL, AP/PO Approvals, and workflow‑related issues.
  • Implementing and managing CI/CD processes (build, deploy, automate) in collaboration with Development, Functional, and DBA teams.
  • Ensuring system stability through performance tuning, proactive monitoring, observability dashboards, and automation improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, datafixes, monitoring scripts, deployment playbooks, supporting UAT and training needs.
  • Collaborating across teams to uphold service quality, compliance, security, and audit requirements.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical support and DevOps.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, Unix commands, and shell scripting.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Oracle Web ADI, Forms, Forms Personalization
    • AME, Oracle Workflow
    • BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Noetix
  • Technical & Ops Tools: WinSCP, PuTTY, TOAD, SQL Developer, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Splunk, Dynatrace, Remedy, Citrix
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA
  • Experience implementing DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, version control, monitoring, and configuration management.
  • Hands‑on exposure to Jenkins, Bitbucket, and related build/deployment pipelines.
  • Strong functional understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement.
  • Experience managing Oracle Support SRs and participating in OWC sessions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives
