Providing day‑to‑day production support, issue triage, and root‑cause analysis across Oracle EBS R12 applications.
Translating business needs into scalable technical and DevOps‑ready solutions, including customizations, reports, conversions, and third‑party integrations (Boomi, Edicom, Oracle ISG, APRO, Noetix, GL Wand).
Monitoring and managing batch jobs, concurrent programs, R12 workflows, and automation pipelines; debugging PL/SQL, AP/PO Approvals, and workflow‑related issues.
Implementing and managing CI/CD processes (build, deploy, automate) in collaboration with Development, Functional, and DBA teams.
Ensuring system stability through performance tuning, proactive monitoring, observability dashboards, and automation improvements.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, datafixes, monitoring scripts, deployment playbooks, supporting UAT and training needs.
Collaborating across teams to uphold service quality, compliance, security, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical support and DevOps.
Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, Unix commands, and shell scripting.
