Description

Own production support, issue triage, and root-cause analysis for Oracle EBS R12 applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage production issues and perform root-cause analysis across Oracle EBS R12 modules.
• Develop customizations, reports, conversions, and third-party integrations using Boomi, Edicom, Oracle ISG, APRO, Noetix, and GL Wand.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (build, deploy, automate) with Jenkins and Bitbucket.
• Debug PL/SQL, AP/PO Approvals, and Oracle Workflow issues; monitor batch jobs and concurrent programs.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, data fixes, and deployment playbooks; support UAT and training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical support and DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bitbucket, and related build/deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency in Oracle Web ADI, Forms, Forms Personalization, AME, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports.
• Tools: WinSCP, PuTTY, TOAD, SQL Developer, Splunk, Dynatrace, Remedy, Citrix.
• Functional understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Procurement.
• Experience managing Oracle Support SRs and participating in OWC sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Collaboration & Documentation: Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA.
• Experience with automation improvements and observability dashboards.
