Description

You will focus on the implementation, integration, and reporting within Oracle HCM Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage data conversion and integration processes using Oracle HCM Cloud tools.
  • Develop and support coexistence between Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR and PeopleSoft HCM systems.
  • Build and maintain reports using BI and HCM Extract.
  • Execute technical tasks throughout the full software development life cycle.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in the software development life cycle.
  • Expertise in HDL (HCM Data Loader).
  • Proficiency with HCM Extract.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Any Graduate degree.
