Description

You will manage data conversion, integration, and reporting within Oracle HCM Cloud environments. You will support the full software development life cycle for HCM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Execute data conversion and integration tasks using Oracle HCM Cloud tools.
• Develop and support coexistence between Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR and PeopleSoft HCM.
• Build and maintain reports using BI and HCM Extract.
• Manage data conversion workflows and ensure data integrity across systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the software development life cycle.
• Proficiency with HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Experience with HCM Extract for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with BI reporting tools.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud integration and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
