Description

Lead implementation and support for Oracle SCM modules, focusing on planning, demand management, and sales and operations planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and build phases.
• Execute CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-production support.
• Configure application setups for Oracle Inventory, BoM, and Pricing.
• Analyze as-is processes to design and implement optimized to-be processes.
• Produce detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents and test plans.

Required Skills

• Hands-on Oracle Manufacturing R12 implementation experience.
• Direct experience with Oracle INV, OM, WIP, and BOM.
• Proficiency in Oracle Inventory, Order Management, and Purchase Order modules.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for design validation.
• Experience in application configuration and setup.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management implementation and support.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Quality and Shipping modules.
• Strong understanding of accounting and business process flows.
