Description

As an Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant, you will lead process redesign and configuration for Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management modules. You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, manage vendor coordination, and ensure data integrity during system conversions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes against ideal future states to drive structural redesign and functional improvements.
• Review and validate configuration workbooks to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in the Oracle Cloud environment.
• Manage Oracle Fusion test cycles, including P1, P2, SIT, and UAT, tracking status and resolving issues via JIRA.
• Coordinate testing and training activities with Warehouse 3PL partners to ensure seamless operational handover.
• Review Conversion Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and follow up on reconciliation results to validate data migration accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Cloud ERP functional consulting.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), and Purchasing (PO).
• Proven experience managing full-cycle testing (P1, P2, SIT, UAT) in enterprise ERP implementations.
• Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking, test case management, and status reporting.
• Experience reviewing Conversion FSDs and executing data reconciliation processes.
• Any graduate degree.
