Lead technical execution for Oracle Applications implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical phases from micro to macro levels to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Workflows, integrations, and interfaces.
• Mentor team members through technical scaling and skill set enhancement initiatives.
• Identify process improvement areas and provide training to the technical team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Apps technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Apps R12.
• Deep knowledge of SCM modules.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Extensive experience working with Oracle Workflows.
• Proven track record in managing technical integrations and interfaces.
• Any Graduate degree.
