Lead technical delivery within an Oracle Cloud environment using an onsite-offshore model.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team through project lifecycles.
• Manage communication with customers to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Oversee development and maintenance within Oracle Cloud environments.
• Coordinate workflows between onsite and offshore team members.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Apps.
• 4+ years of experience leading a technical team.
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Hands-on experience working in Oracle Cloud environments.
• Proven ability to manage onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Strong customer communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
