You will design, implement, and manage Exadata Cloud Service database solutions across multi-cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain database architecture strategies to support business goals.
• Lead database migrations and integrations across Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Implement and manage Exadata X9 and X11M hardware, optimizing performance with persistent memory and RDMA.
• Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, security assessments, and database consolidation.
• Mentor junior database architects and administrators.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• Hands-on experience migrating large databases to Exadata, ExaCS, and ExaCC.
• Expertise in OCI Database Migration and Oracle DBCS.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle RAC and Oracle DB Administration.
• Proficiency with Oracle RMAN and Data Guard (Physical and Logical DG Broker).
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Advanced troubleshooting in ASM, Exadata performance tuning, and RAT testing.
• Experience with database security (TDE, Audit Vault, OKV).
• Knowledge of Linux and Solaris OS administration, including virtualization, ZFS, and ZDLRA.
