You will design and manage Exadata Cloud Service database solutions across multicloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design database architecture strategies to support business goals and manage consolidation to reduce OPEX.
• Lead migration and integration of databases across Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Execute hands-on migrations of large databases to Exadata, ExaCS, and ExaCC platforms, including ATP and ADW.
• Manage Exadata X9 hardware using persistent memory and RDMA algorithms, and deploy Exadata X1110M98 hardware.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior database architects and administrators.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• Extensive troubleshooting with RAC, RAT testing, ASM, and Exadata performance tuning.
• Deep knowledge of Data Guard and Physical and Logical DG Broker.
• Hands-on experience with ExaCS, ExaCC, Exadata, Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Expertise in database security including TDE, Audit Vault, and OKV.
• Proficiency in OS administration across Linux and Solaris.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, ZFS, and ZDLRA.
