You will configure and support Oracle Benefits functionality, managing HCM integrations and troubleshooting complex system issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Benefits functionality.
• Manage HCM integrations, configurations, and system troubleshooting.
• Collaborate directly with business and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Support Benefits and Compensation module operations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Benefits.
• Experience with Oracle HCM and Fusion.
• Knowledge of Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redwood UI implementation.
