Description

You will develop and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with a primary focus on benefits and payroll integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Payroll, Core HR, OTL, and Global Absence Management.
• Develop and manage data loads using HDL and integrate payroll data from external applications.
• Write and maintain Fast Formulas to support complex business logic.
• Create and maintain BI Reports and OTBI dashboards.
• Execute data extracts to support specific business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll and Core HR.
• Proficiency in OTL (Online Time Layout) and Global Absence Management.
• Expertise in HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Ability to write Fast Formulas.
• Experience creating BI Reports and OTBI.
• Experience with data extracts.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules.
