Description

Lead Oracle BI implementations and custom data warehouse development projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle deployments for FAW, OAC, OBIA, and OBIEE, coordinating onsite and offshore teams for timely delivery.
• Design dimension models and build enterprise data warehouse architectures.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and business process design.
• Execute performance tuning and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Identify project risks and communicate mitigation plans to key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in FAW, Oracle BI Apps, or custom Data Warehouse projects.
• Hands-on expertise with FAW, OAC, OBIA, OBIEE, and BIP Publisher Reporting.
• Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for data uploads, migration, and data pumps.
• Experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OIC adapters for data feeds.
• Strong querying skills in Oracle database and ability to debug PL/SQL procedures.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Data Model, XML, and presentation layers.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM, Financials, SCM, and Procurement modules.
• Proven experience in project management, delivery management, and client communication.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in OAC, OBIA, OBIEE, or ODI.
