Description

Lead technical teams in the design and implementation of Oracle BRM systems (version 12+), directing developers and managing complex workstreams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach developers through technical implementation and best practices.
• Lead requirements analysis and system design processes for BRM solutions.
• Document, automate, and troubleshoot complex system workflows.
• Prioritize complex tasks and manage multiple concurrent technical workstreams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of subject matter expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 12 or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, including directing and coaching developers.
• 3+ years of experience in requirements analysis and system design.
• 2+ years of experience with HP ALM.
• 2+ years of experience with Open API, REST, and SOAP API.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
