Description

You will design, develop, and maintain complex reporting solutions within an Oracle HCM environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex reports using Oracle BI Publisher, covering payroll, employee details, and benefits.
• Build and maintain data models to ensure the accuracy and completeness of reported data.
• Create and manage HCM Extracts for specific data requirements.
• Translate business requirements from business analysts and HRIS teams into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of proven experience with Oracle BI Publisher and report design.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience working with HCM Extracts.
• Solid Core HR domain knowledge, including HR processes and configurations.
• Familiarity with Pod alignment in Oracle Core HR.
• Ability to design and maintain effective data models for reporting.
• Experience with Oracle BIP and HCM.
