Description

You will design and implement telecom billing and revenue management solutions using Oracle RODOD and OBRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of Oracle BRM and RODOD systems for telecom clients.
• Define end-to-end BSSS architecture aligned with business processes and goals.
• Develop integration strategies between BSS, OSS, CRM, ERP, and payment gateways.
• Configure billing, rating, and invoicing functionalities within OBRM.
• Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in telecom billing and revenue management.
• Deep expertise in Oracle BRM and RODOD platforms.
• Proficiency in Java and PL/SQL.
• Experience with XML.
• Hands-on knowledge of OSS and CRM systems.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field.
