Description

Own the functional analysis and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules. You will bridge business needs with technical implementation, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliation, and smooth month-end close processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Financials.
• Manage and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets modules.
• Analyze financial workflows, reporting structures, and month-end close procedures to identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with developers and technical teams to resolve integration issues and implement fixes.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL to support business operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Deep expertise in Oracle Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, and FA.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Oracle environments.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and write functional specifications.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS integrations, interfaces, and reporting processes.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in service-based or rental industry environments.
• Exposure to Oracle EBS R12 upgrades or support projects.
• Familiarity with working in hybrid onsite/offshore support models.
