Description

You will serve as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and financial system operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design documents.
• Configure systems for SIT and UAT to demonstrate business process flows.
• Execute data migration for M&A projects and perform mock closes on financial systems.
• Resolve issues identified during SIT and UAT testing phases.
• Manage the full requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, organization, and communication.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financial Application modules: GL, FAH, FA, CM, AR, AP, and ARCS.
• Experience performing UAT testing and managing SIT processes.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting environments within large multinational companies.
• Ability to perform data extractions using basic programming.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for requirement management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as an Oracle Application Business Analyst in major implementation and rollout projects.
• Academic background in Computer Science or Mathematics.
