Description

Lead analyst responsible for Oracle EBS and ERP solution implementations within the financial services sector.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed business requirements for Oracle platform solutions.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather and refine technical and functional needs.
• Translate complex consumer finance and lending processes into Oracle ERP workflows.
• Support the integration of lending activities and credit extensions within the Oracle ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS and ERP Solutions.
• Direct experience working with consumer banking, credit card, or consumer finance clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing engagements.
• Familiarity with lending processes, including credit extensions and consumer finance workflows.
• Experience supporting large-scale financial institutions or credit providers.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in consumer lending, mobile device financing, or credit card processing.
