Description

Lead infrastructure support and administration for Oracle C2M environments, overseeing technical operations and day-to-day activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day infrastructure activities and oversee technical operations independently.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, identify risks, and determine corrective actions.
• Configure and automate software deployments using Puppet.
• Administer directory services, specifically MS Active Directory.
• Manage SAN storage solutions, including Fibre Channel zoning and provisioning.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in IT support roles.
• Direct experience with Oracle C2M applications.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Linux and SUSE Linux.
• Experience with Oracle RAC and VMware ESX.
• Proficiency with network protocols and MS Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Puppet for configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with Fibre Channel zoning and Hitachi SAN storage provisioning.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Linux Certification.
