Description

You will lead the technical aspects of the development team, overseeing the design, implementation, and support of software development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions, specifications, and integration architecture patterns.
• Review technical designs to ensure adherence to quality, security standards, and project requirements.
• Direct the development and delivery of unit-tested reports, interfaces, integrations, and extensions.
• Manage technical priorities within the backlog and coordinate team activities to mitigate risks and RAID items.
• Define development methods and standards while supervising the technical team to ensure solution integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead.
• 5+ years of programming experience with .NET (ASP.NET with MVC4, VB.NET).
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL programming.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles including SOA, OO, and MVC.
• Hands-on experience with API development and integration using REST and SOAP.
• Proven ability to implement integration patterns connecting varied technology systems and vendor platforms.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and development processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with utility-specific systems such as CIS, MWM, or DSS.
• Experience integrating modern and legacy systems.
