Description

Lead the technical direction of the development team, owning the design, implementation, and support of software projects within the Oracle C2M domain.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the design and implementation of technical solutions, specifications, and integration architecture patterns.
  • Review technical designs to ensure adherence to quality, security standards, and project requirements.
  • Manage technical priorities within the backlog and coordinate team activities to mitigate risks and RAID items.
  • Define development methods and standards while supervising the technical team to ensure solution integrity.
  • Oversee the delivery of unit-tested reports, interfaces, integrations, and extensions.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead.
  • 5+ years of programming experience with .NET, specifically ASP.NET MVC4 and VB.NET.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL programming.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture principles including SOA, OO, and MVC.
  • Hands-on experience with API development and integration using REST and SOAP.
  • Proven ability to implement integration patterns connecting varied technology systems and vendor platforms.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and development processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
