Description

You will manage and implement Oracle Case Management solutions to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Oracle Case Management solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Design effective case workflows by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within case management processes and applications.
• Develop documentation including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Analyze case data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Case Management with a focus on configuration and implementation.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud.
• Experience using data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a contract environment.
