Description

Support Oracle CC&B applications across the ITIL Service Lifecycle in Paramus, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Solve operational problems for application users and design solutions to meet business needs.
• Execute routine configuration tasks and manage the delivery of approved business changes and projects.
• Resolve incidents and assist with the installation of system patches or upgrades.
• Support specific functional areas of applications within the utilities domain.
• Adhere to the IS Change Control Process for all system modifications.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Oracle CC&B Application.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and solution design.
• B.E. degree.
• 1 year of experience in application support or analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customer & Field Service modules.
• Experience with Mobile Workforce Management integration.
• Experience with external customer-facing website integration or application upgrades.
