Description

You will provide application support and design solutions for utility domain business processes within the ITIL Service Lifecycle.

You will own operational problem resolution, routine configuration, and incident support for application users while delivering approved business changes, system patches, and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Solve operational problems and design solutions to meet business needs.
• Execute routine configuration tasks and assist in incident resolution.
• Deliver approved business changes, projects, and system patches or upgrades.
• Support the application through all phases of the ITIL Service Lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Oracle CC&B Application.
• Knowledge of IS Change Control Process.
• Experience within the Utilities domain.
• 3 years of experience in application analysis or support.
• Degree from any graduate program.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customer & Field Service modules.
• Experience with Mobile Workforce Management integration.
• Experience with external customer-facing website integration and application upgrades.
