Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle CCB implementations and support for Power, Water, and Gas domains.

You will own the release pipeline, translating client requirements into technical designs and maintaining system stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Oracle CCB implementations and translate client requirements into technical designs.
• Develop and maintain CCB modules including billing, payments, meter reading, collections, and new connections.
• Perform hands-on development using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Java.
• Customize software, modify interfaces, and resolve technical issues using Web Services and CCB batch processing.
• Write unit test cases, execute tests, and maintain detailed release and maintenance documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle CCB implementations.
• Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle implementations in Power, Water, or Gas sectors.
• Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Strong Java development skills.
• Experience with CCB modules: billing, payments, meter reading, collections, and case management.
• Expertise in system integration, Web Services, CCB batch processing, and algorithms.
• Ability to follow coding standards, version control procedures, and document unit test results.
• Strong problem-solving skills regarding system performance risks.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing certification.
