Description

You will serve as the technical and functional expert for the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework, focusing on design, configuration, and integration within Oracle environments.

8+ years of experience in Oracle CCB, C2M, or CCS is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and debug business applications and programs.
• Configure best practices in accordance with Oracle Customer Care and Billing Cloud Services.
• Collaborate with developers and operational teams to resolve client pain points.
• Apply Oracle technical methodologies to implement solutions and evaluate business applications.
• Ensure alignment with industry trends and Oracle features.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle CCB (Customer Care and Billing), C2M (Utilities Customer to Meter), or CCS.
• Extensive experience with CCB/C2M modules including CRM, Billing, Metering, Activities, Payment, and Finance.
• Deep understanding of the Utilities domain (Electric, Gas, or Water).
• Proficiency with CC&B, Oracle Database, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Knowledge of Oracle Financials and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with third-party integration methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to coding best practices.
• Effective oral communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle C2M and Oracle CCS implementations.
