Description

You will lead testing efforts for Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases for CC&B applications.
• Ensure functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing coverage.
• Validate APIs, services, and map layers using manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, HP ALM, or similar tools.
• Lead and mentor the testing team while coordinating test cycles with internal and third-party groups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in testing CC&B projects.
• Direct experience with Oracle CC&B and CC&B EDI.
• Proficiency in Tosca, Jira, and HP ALM.
• Experience developing and executing test strategies and plans.
• Ability to perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Strong experience in defect triaging and root cause analysis.
• Proven ability to manage testing SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience in client discussions and requirement analysis for CC&B.
