Description

You will design solution architectures and configurations for Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design overall solution architectures and product-specific configurations for mature CDM solutions.
• Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to standardize business processes for Customer and Supplier data hubs.
• Define and develop product extensions, integrations, and reporting requirements.
• Execute CX product implementations as part of multi-pillar or standalone solutions.
• Manage project escalations independently and communicate issues to executive management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in implementation projects.
• Expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud and CDM Cloud as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with CDM Data Quality rules, duplicate checks, and Trading Community architecture.
• Advanced Groovy skills for debugging and integrating applications via web services.
• Deep knowledge of configuration, dynamic layouts, field validations, and page compose changes.
• Expertise in security console role changes, data security policies, and creating custom predicates.
• Proficiency in Sales and Service access management, access groups, and user management.
• Experience implementing integrations between CDM and ERP/Fusion systems (EBS, SAP, MSI Agile, Apttus).

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Sales Cloud certification.
