Description

You will provide L2 support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain OCI resources including compute instances, block storage, virtual cloud networks (VCN), and Oracle databases.
• Resolve cloud-related incidents escalated from L1 support and troubleshoot connectivity, performance, or configuration issues.
• Configure and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, users, and roles to ensure secure access control.
• Monitor infrastructure health and resource utilization using OCI native monitoring tools.
• Execute regular system updates, patch management, and data backups to ensure security and integrity.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in cloud administration.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience specifically with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Proficiency with OCI Compute, Storage, Networking, and Database services.
• Practical understanding of VCN, subnets, security lists, and load balancers.
• Experience managing IAM policies and encryption configurations.
• Ability to use Shell or Python for scripting and task automation.
• Basic knowledge of Terraform or Ansible for cloud service automation.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Associate certification.
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud setups.
