Description

Design and implement high-availability architectures and disaster recovery strategies within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will own the infrastructure layer, ensuring performance, security, and reliability across the entire application stack.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-availability architectures across the entire application stack within OCI.
• Configure and manage high-availability databases using Oracle DBA expertise.
• Build secure network architectures using VCNs, subnets, security lists, and route tables.
• Manage HA solutions for load balancers, compute instances, block storage, and object storage.
• Implement full-stack Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies using Oracle Cloud DR services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong background in Oracle Database Administration (DBA) activities.
• Experience configuring OCI networking including VCNs, subnets, and route tables.
• Hands-on experience with OCI compute, block storage, and object storage.
• Proven ability to design and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and resource utilization.
• Document system architecture, operational procedures, and configurations.
