Description

You will lead offshore automated testing for Oracle Cloud Managed Services, ensuring quality across quarterly and monthly releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test scripts using Katalon Studio and Selenium.
• Own the offshore automated test backlog, coordinating script development, maintenance, and execution schedules.
• Execute automated test cycles aligned with Oracle quarterly release timelines and customer schedules.
• Analyse test results, identify failures, and collaborate with teams to support defect triage and resolution.
• Produce clear test execution reports and dashboards for onshore leads and Service Delivery Managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automated testing for enterprise applications.
• Practical experience with Katalon Studio and Selenium for test automation.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and regression testing principles.
• Experience working with defect and test management tools, specifically Jira and Zephyr.
• Ability to analyse test failures collaboratively and support continuous improvement of coverage.
• Experience ensuring automated test assets align with configuration changes and new functionality.
• Experience providing guidance and day-to-day direction to offshore testers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tosca, Playwright, or UFT for test automation.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or EPM platforms.
