Description

You will support finance operations by managing system requirements and resolving technical issues within the Oracle Cloud environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incoming support tickets via the Freshservice ticketing system.
• Perform system configuration tasks to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to troubleshoot and solve functional problems.
• Execute testing for identified issues and upcoming software releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or functional role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud configuration.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL.
• Experience working directly with business users to define requirements and test solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerPlan.
