Description

Lead change management for an Oracle Cloud implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional discussions with HR, steering committees, and end users.
• Analyze change readiness and assess organizational change impacts.
• Identify risks and develop comprehensive training and organizational change plans.
• Partner with functional consultants and project managers during design, build, and test phases.
• Document and execute change impact assessments and training strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management.
• Ability to analyze change readiness and impacts.
• Experience identifying risks within organizational transitions.
• Proven ability to develop and execute training plans.
• Experience articulating solutions and recommending best practices to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting end-user training through go-live and hyper-care phases.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations.
