Description

You will manage change readiness, communications, and training for an Oracle Cloud Financial System implementation in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Document stakeholder change readiness, communication needs, and training requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify and document changes to financial, accounting, budget, and procurement business processes, policies, and procedures.
• Develop communication strategies, change management plans, change agent programs, and training strategies.
• Create training materials including course manuals, computer-based training, workbooks, and handouts.
• Deliver instructor-led training on change impacts and new business processes within the Oracle Cloud Financial system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in change management or related implementation support.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financial System.
• Knowledge of Change Management Strategy and Plan development.
• Experience managing Change Agent Programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LAWA or complex aviation/transportation organizations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or other eLearning authoring tools.
