Description

You will design, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Applications for HCM and Talent modernization projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement configurations within Oracle Fusion Applications (Talent, HCM) and lead end-to-end deployments.
• Conduct CRP and fit-gap analysis, supporting test, integration, and production environments.
• Customize using DFF, EFF, BI reports, OTBI, and approval workflows.
• Troubleshoot configurations and integrations using Fast Formulas and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for adopting new Oracle ecosystem technologies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software configuration and support.
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience for Multi-Region/Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent, and Learning.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, .NET, and MS SQL development.
• Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System and VBS Customizations.
• Working knowledge of the end-to-end hire-to-retire process flows.
• Familiarity with Oracle Journeys and the Oracle SR process for issue resolution.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall analysis methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Background in system documentation and debugging complex enterprise integrations.
