Description

You will lead data conversion efforts for Oracle and boundary applications through the full ETL lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire data conversion process including analysis, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Manage conversion activities, schedules, and resources in coordination with SI partners and project managers.
• Direct technical teams to ensure data is extracted from source systems and transformed to meet business requirements.
• Develop and implement validation and testing strategies to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Mentor a team of data conversion analysts and developers while enforcing best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data migration or conversion projects.
• 4+ years of experience working specifically with Oracle Fusion.
• Proven experience with data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
• Expertise in data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Strong project management skills for leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working with SI partners.
• Proficiency in ETL processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, and Finance modules.
