Description

Lead the end-to-end data conversion process for Oracle and boundary applications, owning the ETL lifecycle from extraction to loading.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire ETL process, including analysis, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Manage conversion activities, schedules, and resources in alignment with SI partners and project managers.
• Direct technical teams to ensure data is extracted from source systems and transformed to meet business requirements.
• Develop and implement validation and testing strategies to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Lead and mentor a team of data conversion analysts and developers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data migration or conversion projects.
• At least 4 years of direct experience working with Oracle Fusion.
• Deep expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of data validation and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with Oracle applications and modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, and Finance modules.
