Description

You will operate as an end-to-end developer, handling design through implementation within a heavily customized Oracle Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize solutions within Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Develop custom solutions from scratch utilizing PaaS services in OCI, including VBCS, APEX, ATS, and SQL.
• Build custom dashboards and develop complex reports requiring coding.
• Troubleshoot payroll errors and discrepancies using Fast Formulas and Payroll Flows.
• Manage system architecture, workflow automation, integrations, and reporting for HR and payroll operations.

Required Skills

• Senior level experience developing with Oracle Cloud System Development, specifically in HCM.
• Expertise utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula for process automation.
• Deep understanding of developing custom solutions using PaaS services in OCI (VBCS, ATP, APEX, PL/SQL).
• Strong capability in API ETL Development and integration with web services and APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, J-Query, HTML, and Java Script.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud application security duties is a plus.
