Description

You will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end solutions within a customized Oracle Cloud environment, focusing on HCM and payroll operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM and OCI PaaS services.
• Develop custom dashboards, complex reports, and workflow automation for HR and payroll.
• Troubleshoot payroll errors using Fast Formulas and Payroll Flows.
• Manage system architecture, integrations, and API ETL development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing with Oracle Cloud System Development, specifically HCM.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula.
• Strong capability in API ETL Development and integration with web services.
• Deep understanding of OCI PaaS services (VBCS, ATP, APEX, PL/SQL).
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, J-Query, HTML, and Java Script.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud application security duties.
