Description

Develop technical solutions by analyzing business requirements and managing Oracle database objects for government compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to design technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation to ensure project compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
• Review all deliverable documentation for completeness and correctness before submission to stakeholders.
• Address project team communication and conflict issues proactively.
• Work directly with the Department’s Contract Manager to comply with administrative policies.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
• Proficiency with Oracle databases.
• Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with PL/SQL.
• Ability to write, read, and interpret technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing complex queries and developing complex PL/SQL database objects or using Transact-SQL.
• Background in relational database design, data processing, and data communications.
• Previous experience working in government environments.
